- A mandatory uncut and unedited package opening video must be submitted for all return requests to verify the condition of the package upon delivery. Returns without this video will not be processed.
- Refund/Exchange:
- Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If an exchange is requested, a replacement product will be shipped subject to availability.
- Non-Returnable Items:
